6. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

7. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the customer. However, in the event of an error on our part or a defective product, the return shipping costs will be paid by us.
