Preparation

The black pork neck is one of the most prized cuts of pork. It is salted and flavoured with salt, black pepper, with red pepper, which can be both sweet and spicy, it is tied by hand with natural string

Seasoning

The product is left to mature in special cells at a controlled temperature for approximately 5/6 months.

Vacuum packed 180 days from packaging date. Product intact 180 days.

Organoleptic characteristics

The black pork neck is compact, with light streaks of fat that make it softer, with a strong flavour and/or pleasantly spicy but not salty.
